Hammocks

Hammock is a very useful and important part of the equipment of every soldier and traveller who is about to go to places with frequency of poisonous snakes and insects.

Typical place like this is a jungle, but here the hammock has a lot of use. Ants and earwigs in one´s sleeping-bag is not a pleasant thing anywhere. Two spots at least one metre off the ground are the only necessary things for hammock to be used. It can be two trees, or two cargo trucks. Another advantage is that you do not get cold through for the ground. Hammock is also very space-saving and lightweight. You can spread the tene canvas above it and you will be safe from rain.
